The
Avenue a, 570 unit project, mixed use condo project
slated to rise at 1060 Brickell Ave is the newest project
of New York based Intell Management and Investment Company.
Gary Barnett is the head of the company who is noted
for developing the highly successful W Hotel in Times
Square among other projects. Barett says that Intell
will feature two towers, a 35 story tower facing South
East 1st Ave. and a 47 story tower facing Brickell Ave.
